Factory Overview

Founded in 2019, Gateway Lighting Vietnam Co., Ltd. is committed to high-efficiency and premium LED lighting products. The factory is located in the Gia Le industrial park in Thai Binh Province, about 140km away from Hanoi City and 70km away from the Haiphong Port, covering an area of 30,000m2, with approximately 1,000 employees. The annual revenue is around $50 million USD. In 2020, Gateway Lighting Vietnam Co., Ltd. shipped over 2 million sets of string light to many top brands around the world.

100% owned by the Gateway Group, Gateway Lighting Vietnam Co., Ltd. is a leading LED lighting manufacturer in Vietnam, integrating research and development, production, and logistic services. The factory boasts advanced automatic production lines, high-precision experimental testing equipment and highly professional management teams to ensure that the products from project development, incoming material inspection, production process control, finished product delivery, after-sales service to meet the requirements of ETL and ISO.

Local Labor Management

Gateway Lighting Vietnam Co., Ltd. has a well-established and standardized training system. Local labors usually work 8 hours per day, with an overtime and salary system in accordance with the regulations of the Vietnamese Government. In addition, Gateway Vietnam has a bonus system to motivate the local employees; therefore, the factory’s workforce is relatively stable.

Local R&D Capability

Gateway Lighting Vietnam Co., Ltd. has a well-equipped laboratory. Senior engineers from China travel to Vietnam regularly to maintain and upgrade the equipment and machinery. The factory provides internal trainings for the local engineers to ensure they have the R&D capabilities to test and debug independently. Also, there are weekly meetings to review and improve product design and production process.
