Gateway has been a long-term partner with Monoflo, the America’s premier manufacturer of reusable plastic packaging products for nearly 30 years. The biggest mold we made was weighted 24 tons and with 16 drops hot runner. Hot runner is needed to fill big parts and get runner balance. Gateway provides mold flow analysis to adjust the right gate position and ensure the part is completely filled.
